Step 1: Identify Your Energy Drains
What situations, people, or habits consistently leave you feeling depleted, anxious, or irritable?
Reflection: How do these energy drainers affect you in your body or mind?
Step 2: Recognize Your Energy Boosters
List the people, activities, environments, or practices that leave you feeling refreshed, calm, or inspired.
Reflection: How can you intentionally invite more of these into your daily life?
Step 3: Create Your Energy Boundary Plan
Think about ways to protect yourself from unnecessary stress or negative influence. Fill in each section:

Daily Practices to Protect My Peace:
Step 4: Energy Reset Tools
Choose or create tools to restore your energy when you feel drained. Examples: meditation, grounding exercises, journaling, breathing, walking, music.
My Reset Tools:
Step 5: A Daily Check-In
At the end of each day, answer:
Where did I feel drained today?
Where did I feel energized today?
What boundary or reset tool helped me maintain my peace?
Step 6: Affirm Your Peace
Create your personal energy affirmation:
