this hits. that quiet after the storm can feel so strange, foreign like you’ve built your whole life around surviving & then suddenly there’s nothing left to fight. I’ve felt that emptiness too & it really is the soil of becoming. shadow work teaches us how to meet our pain, but light work asks us to remember how to live again🖤

After the chaos went quiet, I kept circling the wreckage like it still needed me. Peace felt unsafe. The real edge now is building a life that doesn’t require an emergency to feel alive. Light work, for me, is unlearning crisis and letting ordinary joy count.
